Bloody Mary Pot Roast

I used V-8 juice and a dash of hot sauce instead the Bloody Mary mix. It worked very well.

However, my itty bitty Dutch oven would not come close to holding the roast and veggies my DH likes in his roast. I used my grandmother's roaster instead.
